The contributors who earn the revenue will ratify how it divides. The split is theirs to set. The direction is already fixed: the people doing the work share in what it makes. Builders first.
Four layers of legal architecture
Host-nation compliance at one end, a charter no vote can override at the other. As designed, and not yet incorporated anywhere.
Host nation framework
The first sites operate inside a host nation's law. Chosen for clear recognition of what Tusita is trying to do, and entered honestly.
Tusita legal entity
A legal structure designed to answer to the community's own resolutions, so the paper entity serves the ledger and never the reverse.
Law in code
Contracts as the community's binding internal framework: auditable by anyone, changeable only by supermajority. None has been written or deployed.
Community charter
The founding document, drafted in the open now and ratified by the founding cohort, setting out rights no vote can take away.
