Everything on this page is a written design: no vote has been cast, no Steward elected, no decision recorded on-chain. Zero rows in the ledger. We would rather show you the specification than pretend it is already running.
Four layers of decision-making

Community proposals
Open to any verified contributor
The design lets any verified contributor put a proposal up: operations, new development, partnerships, policy, allocations of what the community holds. Nobody is verified yet, so nothing has been proposed.
Weighted voting
Contribution-weighted decisions
Votes are to be weighted by the voter's Contribution Score, the recorded history of what they gave in labour, resources and funding. Power follows the ledger rather than the wallet. The ledger currently holds zero rows.
Council of Stewards
Nine stewards, for decisions that cannot wait
A rotating council of nine, elected quarterly by weighted vote and recallable by supermajority at any time. No election has been held and no seat is filled.
Immutable foundations
Core protections placed out of reach of any vote
Ecological protection, peer-to-peer trade rights and contributor minimum protections are written to sit outside the reach of a vote. They become binding when the charter is ratified, and the charter is still a draft.
What the score measures
Contribution Score is drawn from labour, capital and resources at the proposed weights below. It fades as your impact fades, which keeps the vote with the people carrying the work now. No score has been calculated for anyone.

Nine seats, none filled
The council is drafted at nine, elected quarterly by weighted vote, and every seat recallable by supermajority on any day of the term. No election has been held. The seats are empty and the page will say so until they are not.
